For Easter we surprised our two adjoining neighbors with little treats. Chocolate bunnies and coloring books were a hit. It’s so easy to spread kindness, I have found even an hello and smile can make someone’s day.
What’s the last time you were kind to someone else? I try to do this every single day! I love the feeling, and it helps me with the "Big MO" (momentum) on feeling great and getting excited to be productive.
My neighbor sliced her finger on a mandoline slicer the other day and had to go to the ER. I went out and bought her some easy, ready-made foods and salads. She so appreciated it and it really did make me feel good.
On a separate topic, you mentioned watching The Pitt (on MAX), the ER doctor show that we are all now hooked on. I have found I love the characters/doctors that show kindness, listen a little more, a word, a touch, spending a little extra time with a patient even though they are told to hurry up. It really makes a difference in life to do those things. Love all your topics and even your streaming recos!

I love this example - and it is such a great illustration of how easy it is to spread kindness!

Wow, that's impressive - every day! And, yes, I bet that makes YOU feel good - and the recipient feel good!
Also, i think i remember learning that bystanders that witness acts of kindness also get a boost.
Except the days I end up not leaving the house. Which I try to minimize but in the new world of Teams and Zoom. Sometimes it is what it is.
Sad but true!!!
